An interpreter like shell that uses existing compiler implementation and provides easy macros to run processes and a repl.

Write this in mycelium scheme, but wrap it in a native executable so that it can be used as system shell.

This work is derived from the finished state of Spore.

This should probably be a separate package with its own documentation.
